Fried Idly:Recipe

Fried Idly look wonderfull and it is so simple snack you can make with leftover idlis. Inside it looks soft and crunchy on the outside.

Leftover Idlis – 3
Oil – To deep fry
Salt- according to your taste
Chilli powder and garam masala powder – a pinch

Procedure or Method :
1. Firstly Cut the idlis into equal sized pieces.
2. Now secondly heat oil in a pan and deep fry the idlis till they turn golden brown.
3. Drain excess oil in paper towel.
4.Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder when the fried idlis are still hot.
5. Now your Fried Idly is ready serve with hot and sweet tomato ketchup or chutney.
